I saw This video on youtube,and this guy played super mario on the computer.And an Emulator or something like that.

it is not illegal to own an emulator, but it IS illegal to have a ROM (game) on your computer if you don't have the actual, real game.
super mario world is the first game on the super nintendo to continue the mario franchise, after the huge success of super mario 3 on the nintendo.
while world didn't do as good as 3, it still held up quite well. it was also remade for the gameboy advance - Super Mario World: Super Mario Advance 2
if you are a fan of the series, which most people are, i would definately look into *purchasing* super mario world
