A few days back my broadband connection was given by LAN and it gets automatically connected whenever i switch on my computer.whereas before i needed to click on the icon and type my user name and password.when i check my status from my brodband icon below my usage is represented in packets.Usually it goes in bytes.But after switching to LAN it goes jumping in packets.So please help me as to how many packets make an mb.Or what does it represent.I am not able to change my user name and password after switching on to LAN connection. If i needed to how should i have to do that.Please Help.
