If you're asking where to find a raised relief globe that is accurately scaled, I suggest you try the National Geographic store.
If, on the other hand, you want a globe that portrays Earth to be flat, I suggest looking up the definition of "Globe".

When you shrink the earth down to the scale of a globe there is so little difference that it is not perceptible. For all practical purposes at the scale of a globe, the earth is round.

You won't find a FLAT globe anywhere and the Earth isn't really flat. Open up your closed mind.

be careful that you don't fall off the edge of the earth- it is like a giant table, you know- maybe you need to run over your globe with a steamroller to get a more accurate presentation.

im assuming you just mean without the exaggerated mountain ranges... as far as i know you can get them wherever you get globes... if not you could just sand it down...
