I have 2 clay rocks in my tank one of them has some clear, slimmy looking stuff on it but the other one doean't. What could it be?

Sounds like algae. Take it out and clean it. Algae preventative in the tank works well after you clean it up.

The slime could be algae. Algae likes some types of rocks better than others. The clay could be producting some texture from the water and clay, a sub-clay product. Clay does get slimey when in contact with water.
