There are two categories of blind people
(1). Who are blind by birth or become blind before age ~4 : Their dreams includes only noises & emotions.
(2). Who became blind due to any happening in life: These people see in their dreams but are associated with the time when they last seen the colors in their original life before being blind.

People dream can dream anything, it is up to the dreamer to dream and it is the realization of their imagination. I believe we ever heard that someone dream go to heaven, whose heaven is it? It must be the dreamer heaven. This is only my understanding, the correct answer shoud come from the blind, may be anyone who has blind friend or relative can ask this question and share their answer with us.

You can typically only dream of things you've seen before, so probally not if they've been blind since birth.

yes.because reality and dream-land r 2 different worlds. i will explane more.
reality- the real world.
dream-land- the false world.

i dont know. if they could see b4 like at one time in there life then i would say yes. but is they could never see then i dont think so.
