Personality flaws and small faults are what make us who we are, and without them, life would be pretty boring, wouldn't it? I think that YES, they do make us more beautiful and unique, so long as they are natural faults/flaws that aren't obviously done to get attention.

of course it would depend on the fault, abusive or violent faults would not make anyone more beautiful. but in general think ones little quirks make them more interesting and perhaps beautiful. poet sara teasdale wrote about how it was thought she should not love someone because of the persons faults but how blind they were since they made her love them more (i don't have the book in front of me so know it is not exact words but gist). humans are like snowflakes no two alike (emphasis not on flakes)

Depends on who beholds the faults. When you can do know wrong in someone's eyes, your faults are beautiful to that person.
