To me I think none of the couples that you mentioned would have gotten divorce. They may seem odd and/or boring, but I think that these couples cared a great deal for one another. It did not seem like there were major problems, but you never know.

Monica realizes that she settled instead of finding Mr. Right. Just think of all the other guys she dated through out the show. Chandler can't match up.
