My car has 97,000 miles. It has had regular oil changes. The check transmission light came on and I filled the fluid and it all leaked out.

You most likely have blown a seal. That's where the drive shaft goes into the tranny and the it has a seal that seals the transmission fliud in the tranny. If that seal is blown it will cause all of the fluid to leak out.
Or it could it be the belly pan gasket on the tranny.
More than likely though you blew a seal, get it checked and replace it.
It is easy and inexpensive, contact your mechanic or get someone you know to do it.

The transmission has a leak somewhere. Have it towed to a qualified mechanic to have it repaired before driving it again.

If you took it to Jiffylube, they probably forgot to tighten something. If they flushed it, they took the transmission fluid cooling lines off at the radiator, and might not have gotten them back on right.
