If you like him go up and say hi. I was in the same situation once and I still dont talk to the guy (it was a big mistake for me not to say something) and dont make it such a big deal. Relize that girls magnitize things and guys just dont really think of it as a big deal. Have fun and be yourself. Best of Luck!
