Yes and no...anyone who commits war crimes should be tried.
So it's fine if people want to try Bush for war crimes as long as they provide evidence of the crimes. If they don't have the evidence, then the accusers should be tried for treason.
If military personell can be court marshalled for falsely accusing a superior officer, then a congressman (or any citizen for that matter) should be tried for false accusations against the Comander in Chief. After all, whether people like it or not, President Bush every citizens "commander".

The man has kept us safe for over 5 years - we owe him. The left has lost touch with reality. The insurgents (al qaeda has recently announced it has 10,000 in Iraq) are responsible for the vast majority of the deaths in Iraq, not American soldiers. They are the ones committing atrocities - how soon they forgot 9-11.

It's funny that the terrorists and the democrats are on the same side isn't it? Both are celebrating right now and claiming that republicans are done. Both want us to lose in Iraq. If you read the New York Times you see articles by Maureen Dowd that are similar to the al-Masri audiotape(head of al Qaeda in Iraq)
Shouldn't this concern people?

Al Qaeda should be punished. Who has ever said they shouldn't? Even the most liberal of Democrats will tell you they should be punished.
However, IF Bush lied about why we went to war in Iraq, he should be punished. At the very least, it should be looked into. If he is innocent, the facts will back him up. This is a serious matter. A lot of decent Americans have been killed or wounded. If he is innocent, he will welcome and investigation.

And Al Qaeda, well they just want us all dead, talk about war crimes, look in the dictionary for war crimes and there is a picture of them.

It is sad that people think that because people are not caught for one crime that people caught doing another crime should not be tried. Read the 911 commission report, bush had ample warning, no less than 70 times in the weeks leading up to 911 to stop this tragedy and did nothing, his list of war crimes is so extensive it is a shame to America.
I will try to ask a question similar to yours; Isn't it sad people want to charge that guy for committing murder?, what about that other guy who they are looking for but haven't found who committed murder, don't tell me they didn't commit murder.

Yes, it is sad that Americans have no loyalty to their President. I swear the media and democrats are being funded by Al Qaida and Osama's clan.
They only show the bad things. After Kerry made his faux paus of a speech - there was an email that circulated from military guys in Iraq - basically making fun of him - with a sign mispelled - say Jon Kerry - come sav us in Irak - like they are stupid. But of course you will never see that on the media.
I say if you don't like it here - move your a ss somewhere else.

Well, maybe they don't believe there is an Al Qaeda. Bush planned 9/11, Saddaam never attacked anyone and had no WMD's and no desire to have any, the Iraqis all hate us and weren't inclined to violence before we got there, and there's never been a terrorist in the world before Bush.

People seem to have lost respect for themselves and our country. My Grandfather (WWII vet) would have kicked my a$$ if I ever hinted at such a thing as disrespecting our country to the degree some of these people do. I highly encourage these people to emigrate to France or Africa.

When you send in the Military and have almost 3000 American killed & about 20,000 injuried under many false pretenses and down right lies then yes, The Desider-In-Chief should have a trial. Mr. Evil Dick Cheney should have a seperate trial for Treason. The charge is War Profitteering
