Yes.......if their team stays healthy and they maintain depth from their bench. But if a key player like Andrei Kirilenko, Carlos Boozer, Mehmet Okur, or Deron Williams gets injured, then... no, they won't.
Also, a reason why the Jazz didn't end up in the playoffs last year was because Carlos Boozer was injured for a long time during the regular season.

If they keep playing like the way they started the season they will. But as any Jazz fan knows they seem to go through a rut in the season somewhere and play terrible. They have the talent, so yes I think they will make the playoffs.

very possible, look current jazz is like number 1 or 2 in the west !, only real competation is spurs, lakers and clippers ?

Most likely. Unless they run into a lot of injuries again. So if they can stay healthy they can definitely make it
