This girl, I know her through my dad's cousin. My dad is related to my uncle, beacuse they're cousins. So, his kids would be my SECOND cousins. Then, the girl, is related to those same second cousins of mine through thier moms side. So, this puts her as of no relation to me. Anyways, I think she likes me. She, laughs at all the stupid stuff I do, somehow all of her friends know me. Anyways, it's weird because we're cousins with the same people, so it kind of seems she is my cousin, too. Although, really, she's a family friend but still comes to all family parties, etc. One night she stayed over and I was like "Hey, did you know..." and, I didn't finish the sentence, and she comes out of no where and says "...what? that our parents would joke around when we were younger and say, 'we should get these two married?' I was like, "WOAH, how did she guess that" in my head. Then she is like "I don't think about that, I think of you as a cousin." But, I think she tried avoiding the subject HELP

Examples that show she likes me:
1.) One time we were watching TV and I'd slide my foot near her, and her elbow or hand would hit my foot, but she would act like it didn't happen, and she wouldn't move away. She'd stay in the same spot.
2.) All of her friends know me.
3.) When I see her at family parties, it seems as if, we don't really "greet" each other. Like, she's too shy. I don't know, maybe I am, too.
4.) One time at a family party, I hugged one of my cousins because it was a 'long-time-no-see,' and she's like "What. I don't get a hug too?"
5.) She laughs at like... everything I do.
6.) She stares at me, I think, but hard to tell if she really is.

Things she does to show she might not like me:
1.) She avoids subjects about girlfriends/liking people.
2.) When I kind of confronted her about this whole thing, she just ends it by saying "I don't think like that, we're like cousins."
(To that response of hers, I think she just tried avoiding the subject).

ALSO IF I DO CONFRONT HER AND SAY I LIKE HER, WHAT IF SHE DOESN'T LIKE ME? IT WOULD BE EXTREMELY WEIRD, CONSIDERING THE TWO TWISTS OF:
1. THE WAY OUR RELATION IS.
2. THE "JOKING" OF MARRIAGE.
IF SHE SAYS NO, IT WOULD BE SO WEIRD
(especially if the fact if she really considers me a cousin, but I think she is just shy to reveal her feelings)

Don't do it man, I realize you two aren't technically related, but it's still too close for comfort. What happens if you two go out and then break up? Now you got to see each other the rest of your lives. A regular gf you might never see again. Not to mention you'll get a civil war going on in your family. Just ignore the succubus.

I am no expert, but from what you have said it seems as if she really may consider you as just family. As for you....sounds like you have it bad for this girl. My suggestion is to just leave it as a family matter and nothing more. It could end up being a very embarrassing moment for the both of you and your family members.

NOOOO!!!! Beating around the bush, and assuming someone will understand, or the other will know or think that, only makes for a sad ending. TRUST ME ON THIS!!!! You go right over to her place. Look her in the eyes, and tell her how much SHE means to you, NOT her money, or anything else material that she has or ever may have. Get it out in the open to HER. Not her boyfriend or anyone else. TO H-E-R ! ! ! ! ! I lost the friendship of a very cherished cousin exactly like your situation, and I stayed away from her. Then, she died from cancer, and now I can't make up with her. PLEASE. Tell her!!!!! To her face !!!!!!!

It seems to me that either the child, if the child did the snipping, did copy an adult around the house. But that doesn't necessarily mean that the child was copying what an adult was talking about. It is strange and I would seriously talk to your boyfriend if I were you. Make a discussion and what not one night before bed or something.

Yr story is BORING.Yr so called"problems" are also BORING.Yr story is so complicated , tiring for ppl to read and so BORING that it can actually makes ppl falls aleep while trying to figure out what the hell yr family side is so damn complex.

Sounds like she does flirt with you, maybe she knows you like her and she if being a tease. Very confusing I would leave it alone. If she wants you she will eventually tell you.
