Why do so many people say that spanishes and mexicans look the same?

Actually i've seen that they both look pretty different. Spanishes are so much whiter than mexicans.

cuz they dunno the difference. theyve only seen "mexicans" (they probably werent even mexican) n assumed that since they speak spanish, all spanish speakers must look like that.

Mexican people is amongst the most successful down's syndrome sufferers ever. They are mostly native americans. Many mexicans are fat, short and thick (badly built) and have that stupid hairstyle like george lopez. But most white mexican women have the stereotypical spanish women's look, for example dulce maria, anahí and laura zapara they are very beautiful. Mexicans are the ugliest latin americans.

People are not taking the time to see the difference. They just want to lump all white people in one large group and all people of color into that called blacks. If they take the time and look a little closer, the would be able to tell the difference. For instants, I can tell if a white person comes from the Maritimes or lets say, Germany, for instances. There is a big difference.
