Raw squid is the worst thing I've ever attempted to eat. I love it perfectly fried, but raw, it's like dipping a slice of garden hose in ice water and trying to eat it! I never tried this, but when translating a menu for some freinds and co-workers in France, I came across a menu item "Tête de Veau". After reading it and thinking about it a few times, I thought something must be lost in the translation. I thought it might be calf brains or tongue, but after talking to the waiter, no, nothing is lost...it's literally the entire head of a calf! By the way, pickled pigs feet used to be much better than they are today. They used to have some real meat on them, now they're just all gristle.

I pity you...really. I've never even seen the likes of pickled tongue and pig feet, let alone dared to eat it. lol. The worst food I've ever tasted would have to be...MINCEMEAT PIE!!! Omigod, it smells absolutely delicious - but I CANNOT stand the taste of it; it has to be the MOST horrible pie on the face of the planet. In fact, it's the only pie in the world that my sister will just eat the crust of off, as opposed to picking out the filling. lol. I cannot stand it!!

I can't top your food, but I'll never forget the okra I tried to eat. It was canned okra and I warmed it but it was slimy and I'll never, ever, ever eat okra again. My friends try to convince me that when bought fresh and fried it is good, but I won't do it. Okra is out of my life forever. A close second was Spam. I detest it and it makes me want to throw up. In spite of that, I did a friend a favor and made her famous Spam dip recipe when she was over-busy planning and cooking for a party. I told her I hated Spam. She told me to trust her--that it would taste wonderful and not like Spam. She was wrong. I tried it on a cracker and spit it out. I think I threw the bowl out too!!! But, in order to eat pickled tongue and pig feet, someone would have to offer me money!!!

Cow intestines in Argentina - they have a dish referred to as carne asada, which isn't comparable to what Taco Bell serves. this is in certainty all areas of the cow...kidneys, brains, etc. The intestines have been salty and squishy, difficult to bite too! something turn into rather stable regardless of the undeniable fact that.

Brussel sprouts, okra, flan, horseradish, chitterlings and liver. Oh yeah, and cottage cheese, like grapelady said.
