personally if would get the dell. i would get a XPS series only because it is good for gaming. if u like playing multiplayer games( world of warcraft or puzzle pirates) i would get the Dell XPS. if your still in school you can write papers on it to.

The Dell XPS is the best one to go with.It is very powerful than the aleinware and the sony.sony is just for entertainment.aleinware is for gaming.xps is all of that.it is very powerfull!

I would take Alienware over the XPS, even though Dell owns both now.

I personally prefer Fujitsu. When I was researching new laptops, every computer tech I knew said Fujitsu except one, who said Alienware. I was told that Fujitsu has the best track record, and doesn't really even need their customer support because they rarely have problems. My husband and I have a Fujitsu (and about to buy another so we both have our own) and we love it!

go with alienware there the best of computers no one can beat them (well sony could if they backed down from the ps3 and went to computer gaming)
