I love Jon B. Just buy the Cool Relax album, it's still worth buying after all of the years. But I don't know any place other than kazaa but they say they are free, but if you download from them it's really illegal. I mean, they let you, but by law it is illegal because you are sharing files.

Limewire is a good one and if not you can use Shareaza 2.1. If that's doesn't helps you I'm sorry but you can search download music in google and maybe you find something interesting.
