Report the number to the police, they should be able to track the person down

well... i wouldnt want to be to mean first time so you should say that if they call again then you will call the cops!

IDK if they are calling from a restricted number or not, but if u know the number that are calling from and if it is always teh same number just block that number. IDK if u can get them in trouble or not.
