If you are looking for just around town then a Yamaha BW50. It does 75 KM/h and is a two stroke for acceleration and has oil injectors. great warranty as well. If you do any highway or at speeeds around 85-110 km/h then you might want to look at the Honda Reflex, 250cc and has styling like a sportbike
