She is looking for a website (that isn't Youtube), that lets you see for free, in English or subtitled, all the episodes of Hamtaro.
I have not been able to find anything with my own searches.
P.S. Does anyone know when Rainbow Rescue is coming out on the GameBoy Advance? Thank you for your help in this matter

Sorry to break it to you but Hamtaro seems to be licenced so youtube or any website can't legally put episodes online... but what you can do is buy legal dvd versions for really cheap....
$1-3 I don't know about you but if i had a daughter who was still young enough to love hamtaro that much i would buy the DVDs... much easier to watch then if you were to watch online....
Oh and the Rainbow Resuce you can expect it to come out around the early-mid 2007
