Sun Tzu of The Art of War.
This book is still widely published and almost mandatory reading for the up and coming young Japanese businessman.

Definitely Sun Tzu. "The art of war" is a master warrior book. I'm not into that stuff anymore, my focus is on Yah, but hey it is a question....
