No. I think most people are too worried that everyone will think they are racist because they don't like someone who is a different race than they are. I was accused of being racist because I did not get along with someone who was of a different race than I was. I didn't like the PERSON that they were, to me it didn't matter who race they were. Just as people find a certain eye or hair colour attractive I would think that they find different skin colour attractive or not. I am tired of people telling you who you should or should not like based on race. When two people of different races do not agree on something most times one of these people are accused of being racist. Shouldn't we be allowed to like or dislike whoever we want as long as it does not hurt anyone?
Sorry I kinda got off topic there but it is something that really bothers me.
Oh yeah, and your employer should stay out of your personal life.

I think that if you decide you dont find blacks or whites or any race attractive you are racist. There is no way that every single person in that race is not attractive to you. If you have a preference that is fine, i know I do. But I would never say I wont date a race because what if there is a person that you find attractive and you get along great, but you wont date out of your race, thats racist. And no, your employer cant tell you who to date.

I don't think you necessarily racist but I think you are stereotyping when you say that you don't find a certain race of people attractive. You have never meet every single person of a certain race so how do you know that you can't find them attractive. Be more open to people and you will see that all people are beautiful in different ways.

If you don't wish to date or mate with them because they are of a different race, you are racist. Perhaps not aggressively racist but you are mildly racist. If you just like your own kind, you are only attracted to them and then I suppose maybe you aren't. But you are a deputy, so you are probably used to profiling races and that has to be taken into account.

Your employer has absolutely nothing to do, say or think about who you spend romantic time with.

race or group of people does have nothing to do with being a racist. Regarding your second question you are in charge of your life, not your employer, your friends or family have the right to tell you who your date should be.

I don't think it's racism. You are not saying that you are attracted to women of your own race either. It's all a matter of what a person likes. What makes that person attractive to you. It doesn't have to have anything to do with color. As far as your boss, I don't see why that would be any of their business, just like the companies who demand people not smoke.

hmmmmm.... well , I never dated them because I don't find them attractive, but I dont consider myself racist, just stereotype conscious. I stopped dating blonds a long time ago just because all the ones I met were the same stereotypical way.

kinda. it depends on why your not attracted to them because as humans there should be no reason why thats possible. its a social thing. but no your boss shoudn't be able to trell you who you date.
