Maybe if I thought long and hard, I could come up with a favorite but right now, I would have to say it is a 4 way tie between "16 Candles", "Breakfast Club", "Pretty in Pink" and "Weird Science"

Wow, really hard to choose just one, like so many have listed on here, some of mine are 16 Candles, Pretty In Pink, Weird Science, Labyrinth, Abyss, Aliens, Big, Dark Crystal, Hellraiser, Iron Eagle, Ladyhawke, Neverending Story, Lost Boys, Predator, Princess Bride, Rain Man, Risky Business, Splash, Top Gun just to name a few.
I have to say my personal fave is Labyrinth, I have it on DVD and watch it over and over with my step-daughter, who loves it now, too.

"Transformers: The Movie". So good, Spielberg and Bay are working on a new one. Can't say that about too many '80s movies, can you?

Apocalypse Now was one of the best movies I've seen. In the theater when the choppers came in, the vibration in the seats was like actually being there. Great stars and great acting.
