if walmart does not have your brand/model go online to the manufacturer web site for replacements.

Come on, are you kidding? You can't find the model and brand of Microwave oven on the unit and write it down, then drive over to an appliance parts store? Look in the freakin' Yellow Pages under Appliance Repair Parts. Call them first, to see if they have it in stock.

Walmart carries many different kinds. You just gotta find the one that fits your unit. However microwaves are so cheap nowadays you may be just as well to replace the whole microwave.

any plate that doesnt have metal in it can be used in a microwave
