YES!! It isn't even Thanksgiving yet, and already ads are on TV, and the stores have started to advertise for the season. If only we could keep the spirit of Christmas longer, it wouldn't be so bad, but most of it is commercializing the holiday.

Chow!!

Yes, I think the push comes way to early every year. I have got so I dread the thought of Christmas because the true meaning has gotten so lost along the way. Its all about spending money on things no one appreciates anyway. Kids getting so many things they don't even appreciate it. Then I think about all the people with no food or a home to live in and kids that get nothing and its depressing. I always go to the Angel Tree's and give to Salvation Army and Children's Inn. But, I still feel depressed thinking the true meaning of Christmas is gone.

It comes too early every year. I remember when they didn't advertise Christmas until after thanksgiving, now it's right after Halloween. Takes all the fun and spirit out of it. I finish all my shopping before September, so I can enjoy the "window shopping" without all the hassle of the lines........etc.

Yes. Pretty soon Christmas shopping will start in February. I hate Christmas and its new meaning. Christmas is about presents and who can spend more than who. The holiday has no true meaning anymore. It's such a shame.
