Me and my friend are really bored. We have 10 dollars on both of us, no car, no bikes, cant go to or have an intrest in seeing a movie or getting a pizza, and its cold and dark out. We've been reduced to watchibng cops. Can you help us out?

Sure. Go visit the cancer ward in the nearest children's hospital and then stop feeling sorry for yourself. Rather, count your blessings. OR, do something kind for someone. Maybe visit a local nursing home and just talk with some of the older people there. You just might learn something. In short, stop complaining and having a pity party for yourself, and do something constructive.

When I'm bored, mom usually tells me to clean something. (I usually find something else to occupy my time.) I suppose if you're bored enough, you could do that.
