What scenes or characters from the movie make an impact on you ? The fact of loss , dead coming back, playing god ?

The thing that weirded me out most in that movie was when gage cut Judd's achilie's tendon....that was sooo eeeew. I've had sensitivity to that sort of thing ever since I first saw it! Gives me the chills just htinking about it.
Other than that yea it was the dead coming back...not just that but the dead coming back to kill..deceiving the innocent and well-intentioned.

Gage, the 'sweet' little boy. Sad when he got killed. Bad when he came back! He was really creepy. But, I have to agree; the BEST part of the whole movie was hearing the Ramones at the end! YaY! "....I don't wanna be buried -in- a- pet- semetary..." I have it on vinyl 12". Has 'Pet Semetary' on one side and "sheena was a punk rocker' on the flipside... And cool cover art from the movie on front with Ramones standing in a graveyard on the back....

I would have to say the part when the old man had a talk with the dad about the burial ground and how it was evil. It led up to what the whole story was about and that alone was scary! The movie was a scary one...it dealt with the undead and what happens when you mess with something you know nothing about!

The scariest part of the movie is when Rachel explains how she had to nurse her sick sister, Zelda, and how her sister reaches out for her after she dies. The other part is when Gage comes back and terrorizes the dad and Judd.

It was SO sad when Gage was hit by that truck, then when his dad was so whacked and buried in that pet cemetary. I freaked out when he cut the back of the heel on the old man. That was freaky. I love that movie though.

The movie was nothing compared to the book...when I finished that book, I went into the kitchen to make sure my cat was okay!!!

that movie really didn't scare me. the only thing that kept me watching the movie was knowing that their was a Ramones song at the end of it.
though i will say the mom's sister freaking out upstairs was pretty wicked...

I dont know...probably cuz of the little boy killing his parents and it wasnt really scary but the one thing was when he gets hit by the truck in the beginning. :*(
