Well, if you go on to Bravo!'s site (www.bravotv.com) they have a page in which you enter your information and they will contact you about casting updates.
Normally most reality tv shows require that you make a video tape of yourself explaining why you would be a good contestant. During season 3 they aired parts of Laura Bennet's and Kayne's audition tapes.
Project Runway also requires a portfolio of sketches or photos of your work also to get an idea of your design aesthetic.
