Do you think that some of the older systems like the PS1 or SNES look better on older TV's?

I like the new high def LCD TV's, but I think the old games on it look worse because the images are too sharp and look too blocky. On the old TV's the image had a sort of natural anti-aliasing? Did anyone else notice this? Can this be conpensated on the new TV's by adjusting the "sharpness" to be off or something else?

dat all depends on how ur tv is adjusted. but its frequency can be changed
