Bow wow dumped Ciara or the other way around because Ciara wanted their relationship to be kept private. She said that when it comes to her romance and her emotions about it, she's a very private person. Bow wow didn't want their relationship to be private. He wanted to show his fans that he was becoming a man and that they needed to respect the fact that it was time for him to have a serious girlfriend. So basically, they had an issue with that part of their relationship.
