I was watching MSNBC the other night and they mentioned that Apple may ditch the popular PC vs Mac commercial (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Get_a_Mac) because they said that people do not like the "smugness" of the Mac guy. The news report further said that people found the suit wearing PC guy to be more "cool" quoting the phrase that "geek is the new chic'". Are we in an alternate dimension now where where guys like the PC guy are considered cool? Which character do you find more annoying (granted they both kind of suck!)

The Mac guy is too smug. If I had more money than brains, I'd buy a Mac.

I like the mac guy, but then I like macs best. However, I have a pc, because that's what I can afford. And the pc guy is nice in a nerdy way. He's the underdog.

I think those commercials are creative and cute. Plus the Mac guy is hot.
