Me and my friend cant drive, dont have bikes, 10 dollars a piece, its cold out, dark, cant get to movies, kinda hungry, but dont want to eat fast food, and want to stay within 3 miles. As you can tell, we're really bored.

If you're THAT bored there's always the rock-paper-scissors kinda "evolved" game. Basically it's regular rock-paper-scissors, but each time Person A beats Person B, Person A gets to flick the other person in the forhead as hard as they can. It get's really addicting and f-ing hilarious.
Or you could always go make a Mentos and Diet Coke bomb.
I probably didn't help any, but hey...what the heck.

walk to a rodeo? play hide n seek play cards. play board games. play quarters or beer games. watch movies. play cherades. call some people over. have a little party. game party drinking party poker party. play pranks on each other.
