can someone capture all my cell phone numbers?

i keep receiving calls from my own cell phone. some one is making calls to my contacts using my cell phone number.

If your phone has blue tooth tech. YES
someone can steal your numbers, your data and even air time.
Beware

Turn it on (blue tooth) just when needed.
