Why do they make the H silent like in human? Where

its an English dialect found in parts of Britain.

Actually I'm pretty sure we say "human", as in hyoo-man.

I'm not really sure why it's pronounced 'hyoo' instead of 'huh', but the English language is one of the most ridiculous to learn how to speak and write. It's pretty random and confusing to anyone who wasn't raised speaking it.

I have never heard it pronounced that way with a "y". Maybe it has something to do with where you live. The dialect of the region you are in. God bless
