The best banjo tune (not song you idiot) is not duelling banjos. It is in fact "Foggy Mountain Breakdown" by Lester Flatts and Earl Scruggs.

I like the scrubs theme tune "I'm no Superman" is a very good song, not the best banjo playing but its the only one I know =]
