hmm I live in Vermont and its really cold up here..it can get to below 30 during the winter. so basically all of New England. Northern mid-east like Wisconsin, Minnesota, Michigan, N. Dakota...also states in the rockys..Utah, Colorado...

:) the coldest in usa... :) .... some argue that NY and IL/MA/CT get pretty cold .. but not ascold as teh ones i just mentioned
