I keep hearing all these stories about ex-girl/boyfriends, psychos, and weirdos stalking people and people getting solicited there. Was this happening before?

the authorities at my school found someones
myspace and thought they were planning a
threat to our school. so we had a lockdown.
it's getting incredibly ridiculous.

My Space is fertile ground for predators, weirdos, and psychos. But so is the entire Internet. The point is that My Space is not limited to teens. There are much older people on it, and therein lies the problem. Maybe it should be limited to teens, but I still do not know how they could control that. Best advice is to dump the space and keep away from it.
