In Metallica's cover of Sabra Cadabra..........?

Question

Where did that bridge and lyrics within the bridge come from? I know that it is not in the original version by black Sabbath. The whole part is slow and smack dab in the middle of the song. I cant fing any info on it at all. I know im not crazy. Did Metallica just stick this into the song themselves?

The middle bridge is actually another Black Sabbath song called,
"A National Acrobat", on their Sabbath bloody sabbath album, among with Sabbra Caddabra!
(It goes like this: "I am the world that hides, the universe of secret obtains...")
