How is your diet? Eating healthy? If you are, then get the doctor to take a blood test and see if there is something there... Hope you get well! X

When I turned 30 I found out I had hypothyroidism. I could fall asleep at the drop of a hat, and although I was eating the same, I was putting on a pound a week. Go to your doctor to do some bloodwork, and make sure they check your thyroid.

If you are eating a healthy diet and are getting plenty of excercise on a daily basis you should be ok. Try to walk more and cut out some of foods you might enjoy- like chocolate! and have maybe once a week as a little treat-maybe a square or two.

Dont worry the weight will come off - i can guarantee that! i changed my diet and cut out certain foods and i walk on a daily basis! and the weight started to come off slowly and now i can see the difference and i feel a whole lot fitter than i used too.

Good luck with it !

Not sure what's up but I think I can help. My wife and I have started drinking a naturally and helathy energy drink 2 times a day (8am & after lunch) and it has made a tremendous difference in our lives. We are both 45. This energy drink will also help you lose weight as my wife and I have both been loosing weight since we started drinking these drinks and they average out to only about $1 per drink. You can mix them with water, juice, or your beverage of choice. It's worth a try. Hope this help you as much as it has helped us. One piece of advice, don't buy direct it will cost you more, but enroll (it's free) and you will save some money on the drinks. They also offer a no diet weight loss plan as well. I have given you both sites

If you don't sleep properly at night, that could be the reason: you do not complete the proper cycle of deep sleep. If this is the case, see your GP and get help to regulate the problem because it wil become a vicious circle other wise

have your thyroid checked. it is a big indicator that your eating habits haven't changed yet you gain weight and are very fatigued. try taking some vitamins and see if that changes anything. but i went through some of hte same things to a greater degree when my thyroid finally died. my skin got really dry, my hair started breaking and falling out and my moods were very unstable.

Are you feeling out of breath when you walk, itchy or have you swelling in your feet & legs, are you passing less urine than you normally do? If so you need to see your doctor and ask him to do a blood test to check your kidney function.
