Yes. Most people only drive automatics with one hand anyway now that cars have power steering.

yes and up here they are the only ones that can legally drive with steering balls, please do not let what others perceive as a "handicap" prevent you from trying or doing anything you have been made this way for a reason, perhaps to shut the mouths of the "you cant do that " croud , go for it

yes,the steering wheel would have aball mounted onit to make turning easier.I know aguy who teaches handicapped people to driv in the albany new york area I assume you could find someone to do this anywhere.
