You are a good looking young man. She is an ordinary looking girl who looks nice. Looks don't determine who should be with whom. Ask her out. If you have a good time, then good. If you don't, move on. You are very young. As to looks, remember--it is all the same and looks the same in the dark at 2:00 am in the morning. Give yourself several years. You are too young to hang yourself with one girl and she is far too young to hang with one young dude.

"Hot" is under the skin, not outside it.
On the other hand, if she intimidates you, and you call that "Too hot for me", then the issue is yours, not hers.
Or if she dresses skanky and dates everyone in her class and you call that "Too hot for me", then maybe she is too hot for you - in a scary kind of way.
Enjoy this time of your life. But trust your instincts - they're given to you for a reason.
