ok, I have a 1995 Cadillac Deville, It has Traction Control installed in it. However, when i press the button to enable Traction control, nothing happens, and when the car is normally on, the digital dash says "Traction Control Disabled". Second question is the ABS light is on, the car is equipped with brand new brakes, pads, rotors and lines so why is the light on? Help would be great

The ABS light is probably on because they might have done one of two things. They knocked a wheel sensor loose or moved it when installing your brakes.
Or when they did they bled your brakes wrong. I believe you supposed to have a scanner hooked up to the car and follow the exact procedures the scanner tells you. The scanner will make the ABS motor Turn on so no one needs to be in the vehicle during the proceed. Just someone loosening the bleeder valve the scanner say when to open and close the valves on what wheel.
