I am having a little bit of breast milk come out of my nipple if I squeez them. I never been on things like pill and im not preg it's a little bit more on the left than right 4-5months like these im worried thanx for any good advice.

Orinoco is right. It can be nothing, but it can also be a symptom of something more serious. You should definately bring this up to your doctor and get it checked out. The pituitary gland makes prolactin, which in turn makes you produce milk, and too much prolactin being produced can be a sign of a pituitary tumor. I'm not saying it always is, it just can be. Go get yourself looked at to rule out any serious problems.

This can (uncommonly) happen for no discernable reason at all.
However, it would be a good idea to mention this to your family doctor. There are some tests they should run because there is a special type of cell in the brain that secretes the hormone for making the breastmilk (prolactin) and if that cell is overactive or over-growing too much then you might have a problem. They would usually do blood tests to see how much prolactin you are making.

If it is coming from both breast then it probably excess prolactin (which is the hormone that tells a woman's body to produce milk). Usually, a breast tumor would only be on one side, it is unlikely to occur in both breasts. Have you doctor find out your hormone levels. If you have elevated prolactin levels they may perform a MRI to rule out any pituatary growths (in the vast majority of cases nothing is there). Go to the doctor so you can stop worrying.
