Okay, I'm no expert, but when I had a sprained ankle and wrist, it hurt, but I could still move it around a little, when you brake a bone, it should swell up*more than it does when it is simply sprained* an get pink, maybe purple, then when you try to move it, it should feel like you don't have a joint, like if it is your leg or ankle, it is a ruler, and when you move it, it feels stiff and VERY painful and uncomfortable. And sometimes when you put it up it will make it feel better.
And for a wrist, my bast guess is try to move it in a circular motion, if it swells, it is probably fractured, broken, or sprained, it might not swell, but that doesn't mean it isn't. To be able to give you an accurate answer, I would have to know what happened, how long ago it happened, and maybe some more information.

you do not say how previous you're, yet once you're 23 - 30, i might say wait a pair of week & see the way it feels. even with the undeniable fact that - while you're youthful - espcially while you're below 18, i might advise prompt xrays just to verify you do not impression destiny develop. many circumstances those issues will heal up on their own, if that is in basic terms a fracture - or will experience greater effective if that is a sprain - yet while a toddler (or absolutely everyone who isn't achieved starting to be) injures the develop plates in any joint, that is undesirable information in case you don't get it addressed good away. Why not be risk-free & see a record - get an xray & persist with up - you do not prefer to circulate by existence with a nasty wrist.

You if you are unsure, you should get an x-ray, if it is broke, and it is not set and casted, you could have problems with it for the rest of your life. I broke my ankle years ago, and was stubborn and did not seek treatment, I still have pain daily.

Your wrist should be in some pain and probably swollen. Talk to your doctor about it.
