Is Robin Williams in the new CITI commercial?

Everything I've read indicates that it is not Robin WIlliams. But, no one seems to know what the actors name is .

That is not Robin Williams unless he is very well disguised. They have not told who the actor is but it would be really funny if it was Robin.

I was thinking that same thing the first time and then I looked at all the features and ruled Robin out, but they can do so much with masks, etc. it could be him. Just have to wait and see.
