The Most Heartfelt moment i can think of is in the Dark Phoenix saga. Scott And Jean's conversation after all the other X-Men have been defeated by the Shi'ar, and how they come running out hand-in-hand to fight against impossible odds.

The Batman and Wonder Woman interplay on Justice League Unlimited were really KEWL.
Josh Hartnet's character in Sin City was awesome in the beginning scene. Bruce Willis and Jessica Alba's scenes were nice.
V for Vendetta scenes with Evey were pretty good.
Superman (the original Christopher Reeve version) with Lois Lane flying across the New York skyline was very romantic.
