do you WANT it to be permanent? seriously, I didn't understand your question. I thought you got acrylic paint on your clothes (accidentally) and want to remove it.

Yes, I believe it will be permanent since I can never get dried paint out of my clothes. lol

if the paint says on the label that it is meant for clothes and for washing and drying it will. check ur paint label.

I was a painter, yes, if not washed out while wet, it will stain clothes.

no. u need to use fabric paint. u can get it at most craft shops.
