Hi there,
1. You are perfectly normal, but you do work in a very stressful work environment and probabley very unhappy with your job too. So being angry at the way others treat you, is not abnormal at all - it is very normal.
2. You are angry because of this reason and also because you feel that the job is not taking you anywhere in life. I think that looking for another suitable job where you can use your mind and talents a bit more will certainly make a very big difference to your life and the way you feel.
Enrolling on a course to get some qualifications to do something else will boost your self-esteem and give you something to work towards and look forward to. You need a goal or two by the sounds of things and your job cannot be stimulating in any way at all and is contributing to the way you feel inside.
People trigger our anger in different ways and where you work, is the kind of place that is going to trigger you own anger as it requires you to be patient, calm and well-mannered all of the time. But when you have calls to deal with and angry drivers, of course, your patience is going to tested by these people who don't mean to trigger your anger, but do so without realizing it.
This job is very stressful indeed and would seriously think of getting out of it and into one that isn't quite so buzzing. Then, you can figure out why you do feel angry if you still feel this way even after leaving, there maybe other issues going on inside of you that are to do with other things, but working where you are isn't going to help you at all.
If you feel depressed and tired as well as being angry, then it is likely that you are upset about something that has yet to be talked about and you are keeping your feelings well-hidden. Anger is a build-up of emotional pain inside and what causes us to be depressed. So, what you are really angry about is stuff of your own as well as angry about how your job makes you feel - this is why the anger is as strong and as powerful as it feels.
Leaving the job for a calmer one would be much better for you and then see how you feel after this.

You have an anger problem. You may need to see a therapist to see what the real reason is for your anger. Once you understand the real rason, you can take steps to resolve it. You also have to make sure it is not a symptom of a more serious problem. There are many psychological problems that can lead to uncontrollable anger. Fortunately there are medications you can take to supress your anger.

PMS. It'll pass. Maybe your job is just stressing you out and you're tired of it. Perhaps you should consider a change in occupation?
