As of the current book the best answer would be Ginny Weasly although I am not sure if she is technically referred to as his girlfriend because of how the book ended. Before her he dated Cho (can't remember her last name) but they have "broken up".

I thought Ginny was a good match for Harry; she's tough and fiesty and can handle all the crap that life throws at Harry, but she's also loyal and caring, which he deserves. I was quite shocked that she took it so well when he told her that he didn't want to endanger her by being in a relationship, if I were her, I'd rather die than give up Harry-snoggage, but I guess he has to fight his battles alone, and a romance would just complicate things.

Well, it depends on the book. In the last Harry Potter book it was Ginny, Ron's sister.

no noone.in the last book he dated ginny but he broke up with her because he was afraid that voldemort would use her as a bate
