No one has the right to forgive an aggressor for what they do to someone else, the whole point of a legal system is to protect people from harm, you don't do that by forgiving, anymore than by vengeance, you do that by either 1.) correcting the behaviour of the offender, which may include fines, probation or jail or 2.) preventing that person the opportunity to be a threat again, such as mental therapy, incarceration or in some cases, the death penalty. Only the victims or their next of kin can "forgive" a person. Protecting the rest of society from that offender is the whole reason we have a government, and in no known example was it 100% successful.

ideally, a solid and close to suitable society is one wherein there is justice for all. even though, this continues to be to be considered yet is obtainable in the long-term. we are nonetheless in the approach of accomplishing and acquiring this purpose because of the fact this would't be finished in one day. that's a steady technique.. I easily could decide to declare that a society won't be able to be rightly stated as a actual society if justice does not exist. We would besides call it a sham society.

Well dear - I think that most of us do. I can't think of any country that has a Department of Forgiveness for example.
