It works fine everyehere else, except when I go to my in-law's house. I'm using a Dell laptop and they're hooked up to Yahoo DSL (using the router that comes with the default package). Any suggestions?

Make sure the router is not near a cordless phone base.
Change the transmit channel on the router (see manufacturer's instructions)
Make sure the antennae(s) on the router is pointing straight up.
Reset the router (usually by unplugging it for about 30-60 secs).
Make sure the router is set up securely (see manufacturer's instructions).
